14 Day Challenge
The 14 day free healthy habits challenge was designed to help you build a program that is catered to your goals, while holding you accountable for 2 weeks through a check in system. The challenge offers nutritional guidlines, weekly workouts, instructional form videos, and form feedback. The challenge begins with a phone call where I will get to know you and begin creating a plan for you. As we move through the 14 days you can expect to start developing habits, that you will be able to sustain past the challenge.
